A program was held in Gerze district of Sinop on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.
Within the scope of the program organized under the coordination of Gerze District Governorate, Mevlid-i Şerif was read and prayers were made for those who were martyred during FETO's July 15 coup attempt.
Within the scope of the program, a meal program was also organized in honor of the relatives of martyrs and veterans.
Afterwards, families of martyrs and veterans were visited.
Gerze District Governor Yıldız Büyüker, District Police Chief Burak Hayrettin Doğansoy, District Gendarmerie Commander First Lieutenant Ahmet Göl, District National Education Director Yılmaz Ceylan, District Mufti Mustafa Aktaş, Gerze Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation Director Fevzi Korkmaz and citizens attended the programs.
