DENİZLİ (IHA) – The rental tender for Yayla Lake, which was previously canceled in Buldan district of Denizli, will be held again.
With the tender opened by Buldan Forest Management Directorate, a total of 66 thousand 500 square meters of area will be rented for a period of 20 years. In the area to be rented, it is planned to build a 200 square meter country coffee house and 6 30 meter local product exhibition and sales areas. The tender will be held on July 20, 2026, at the Buldan Forest Management Directorate Administration Building Sales Hall.
In the statement made by Buldan Forest Management Directorate; "Our Directorate will lease the operating rights of the income-generating facilities in the Buldan Yayla Lake Non-Accommodation Forest Park, which is within the section 154 - 155 of the Buldan Forest Management Directorate Management Plan, will be tendered by sealed bidding in accordance with the State Tender Law No. 2886 and Article 10 of the Forest Parks Regulation.
