AK Party Muğla Deputy Kadem Mete published a message on the 10th anniversary of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.
In his message, Mete stated that July 15 was the date of an unforgettable epic in which the beloved nation defended its independence, future and democracy.
Stating that the call made by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with his determined leadership reached millions of citizens, Mete included the following statements in his message:
"That night, our nation stood tall with its faith, courage and love of homeland against tanks, weapons and treason. Our Muğla, where the first sparks of the fire of resistance were lit on the night of July 15, became one of the most important symbols of this holy struggle, and our fellow citizens stood at the forefront of the great resistance that changed the course of history by defending democracy and national will. We once again curse the treacherous FETO terrorist organization that tried to invade our country and seize our state on that dark night, this betrayal "I emphasize that we, as a nation, stand by our state, which continues its fight against the network with determination."
Mete, who remembered with mercy the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the country, completed his message as follows:
"I would like to express my gratitude to our heroic veterans. Thanks to their sacrifices, our red flag continues to fly freely and our calls to prayer continue to echo in our skies. The spirit of July 15 is the spirit of unity, solidarity, brotherhood and protecting the national will. We will always keep this spirit alive and protect the trust of our martyrs and the will of our nation forever."
