District Governor Ramazan Cihangir, who was appointed to Başkale district within the scope of the Presidential Civil Administration Chiefs Appointment Decree, came to the district and started his duty. Cihangir, who started his shift at Başkale District Governorate, held a meeting with the heads of the institution.
