Within the scope of the investigation carried out after the incident, the defendants A.T.Ü., A.T.Y., B.Y., A.Ö. and M.B. The hearing of the case filed against him was held at the Malatya 1st High Criminal Court, demanding imprisonment of up to 22 years and 6 months each for the crime of "causing the death and injury of more than one person through conscious negligence".
