As a result of the third round of talks between Lebanon and Israel under the mediation of the USA on May 14-15, it was decided to extend the ceasefire for 45 days as of May 17.
In its last statement, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that 4 thousand 324 people lost their lives in Israel's attacks on the country since March 2.
Iran and the USA announced that they had reached a 14-article agreement on June 14, within the scope of the negotiation process brokered by Pakistan, stipulating that the war should be stopped and the problems between the parties should be resolved through negotiations. The agreement includes ending the war, including Lebanon.
On the other hand, after the 5th round of direct negotiations held between Israel and Lebanon in Washington, a framework agreement was signed between Lebanon and Israel on June 26.
