Kars Provincial Police Department teams caught a convict with a finalized prison sentence during the operation and delivered him to prison, within the scope of the activities carried out to capture the wanted persons.
As a result of the meticulous activities carried out by Kars Provincial Police Department Public Order Branch Directorate teams to capture the wanted persons throughout the province, M.O., who was sentenced to a total of 10 years and 8 months in prison for the crimes of "Deliberate Killing" (TCK 81/1) and Opposition to the Law No. 6136 on Firearms, Knives and Other Tools. It was determined that the person named was in the city center.
Following the technical and physical follow-up activities, the Public Security Branch Directorate teams organized an operation at the specified address and caught the convict and detained him. After completing the procedures at the police station, M.O. was handed over to Kars Closed Penal Institution for execution of his sentence.
