District Governor Yasin Erdem, appointed to Bursa's Orhaneli district, started his duty.
Yasin Erdem, who was appointed as Orhaneli District Governor from Gürpınar district of Van province by presidential decree, started his duty. Chiefs, managers and district governorship personnel of Orhaneli public institutions and organizations were present at the welcome program held in front of the district governorship building.
District Governor Erdem was born in 1992 in Muş province. He completed his primary and high school education in Bursa and his undergraduate education at Pamukkale University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. In 2018, he became a District Governor Candidate of Yalova Governorship and became the Property Administrator. He completed his provincial internship in Yalova Governorship, his District Governorship internship in Tekirdağ-Ergene and Ankara-Kızılcahamam districts, and his inspection internship in Kocaeli province. After serving as Deputy District Governor in Eskişehir-Mihalgazi and Giresun-Yağlıdere districts, he completed his international internship at Manchester Metropolitan University, England. After serving as Karabük-Yenice District Governor between 2020-2022, Erzurum-Köprüköy District Governor between 2022-2023, and Van-Gürpınar District Governor between 2023-2026, he was appointed to Orhaneli district with the Presidential Appointment Decision No. 2026/148. District Governor Yasin ERDEM, who is married and the father of two children, speaks English fluently.
Erdem stated that they will work to provide the best service to the district in cooperation with public institutions and citizens, and said, "We will serve the state and the nation in the best way by joining hands." - BURSA
