Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Minister of Economy and Energy Olgun Amcaoğlu and his accompanying delegation inspected Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone (AOSB).
During the visit at AOSB Regional Directorate; It was hosted by Bekir Sütcü, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and members of the Board of Directors were also present. During the meeting, comprehensive evaluations were made about AOSB's industrial infrastructure, production capacity, investment opportunities and activities carried out for the economic development of the region. While cooperation opportunities in the fields of industry and trade between the two countries were also discussed, attention was drawn to the importance of mutual knowledge and experience sharing.
Within the scope of the program, Minister Amcaoğlu and his entourage also visited the SCADA and security camera centers in the Regional Directorate building. The delegation was given detailed information about the SCADA system, where AOSB's energy infrastructure is digitally managed, and the security camera center, where regional security is effectively monitored. During the inspections, a presentation was made about the technological infrastructure and digital management applications implemented in the region.
AOSB management expressed the hope that the visit would contribute to the development of economic and commercial cooperation between Türkiye and TRNC and thanked Minister Olgun Amcaoğlu and his accompanying delegation for their kind visit. - ADANA
