In Konya, it was requested that two defendants be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment and one defendant to be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison for the murder of a person detained at the police station on allegations of harassment by the relatives of the harassed young girl.
The hearing held at Konya 2nd High Criminal Court was attended by detained defendants Enes K. and Seyfettin K, unarrested defendant Mahmut Sami K. and victim Serdar B's relatives and party lawyers.
In his opinion on the merits, the public prosecutor requested that Enes K. and Seyfettin K be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for the crime of "intentional murder against a person who is unable to defend himself in terms of physical and mental health" and that the other defendant, Mahmut Sami K, be sentenced to 15 to 20 years in prison for the crime of "aiding intentional murder".
The court board decided to continue the detention of the detained defendants and the judicial control condition of the unarrested defendants and postponed the hearing.
Enes K, Seyfettin K. and Mahmut Sami K stabbed Serdar B (18), who was detained for harassing their cousin R.N.K., to death at the Meram district Lalebahçe Police Station on October 23, 2025, and the defendants were arrested by the court.
