Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry visited plant protection product dealers in Sultanhisar and Köşk districts in order to evaluate the functioning of the B-Prescription Application, which came into force as of July 1.

During the visits, a comprehensive exchange of views was held with the dealers about the BKÜ E-Prescription and E-Producer Registry system, which is within the scope of the B-Prescription Application, which was implemented to increase the correct use and traceability of plant protection products. While the functioning of the new electronic registration system was evaluated in the field, issues encountered during the implementation process were discussed. Aydın Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry officials stated that inspection and information activities in the field will be continued uninterruptedly in order to strengthen digitalization, safe production and traceability in agriculture. - AYDIN
