Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak, who participated in the Safe City Application carried out throughout the province, warned a mother in the stopped vehicle to put on a seat belt and put her child in the back seat after sitting in the front.

Safe city application was implemented throughout the province by Şanlıurfa Provincial Police Department. Şanlıurfa Governor Hasan Şıldak and Provincial Police Chief Atilla Aksoy also participated in the application.

The inspections, which started on Mehmet Hafız Boulevard in Karaköprü district, continued at 14 different points determined throughout the province. In the application, in which a total of 162 police personnel took part, Governor Hasan Şıldak and Provincial Police Chief Atilla Aksoy visited the teams working in Mehmet Hafız Boulevard, Açıksu Street, Üçgen Park and Gap Vadisi Boulevard and examined the activities on site. Governor Şıldak, who also met with drivers and citizens during the inspections, drew attention to the importance of complying with traffic rules. Traffic inspection was carried out in our city center with the participation of 162 personnel at a total of 14 different points.

During the inspections, 1670 people and 681 vehicles were inspected. A total of 479 vehicles and their drivers were penalized, including 33 for driving without a driver's license, 86 for not using a helmet and protective helmet, 6 for broadcasting loud music, 8 for making non-standard technical changes, and 101 for violating the speed limit. 25 vehicles were banned from traffic.

He told the mother who was traveling in the front seat with her child on her lap to wear a seat belt and to put her child in the back seat from now on. Governor Şıldak then gave the child a toy and continued his inspections.
