Lavrov stated that they consider the resumption of attacks against Iran as a violation of the agreement signed between Tehran and Washington and said, "We see this as a violation of the agreement and there is not much to say about it. This is sad because both the civilian infrastructure in Iran and the civilian facilities in the Gulf Arab Cooperation Council countries are damaged. This situation does not benefit anyone."
Stating that the resumption of attacks against Iran blocks the path to a diplomatic solution, Lavrov said, "The most important point is that this situation does not serve a solution. On the contrary, it closes the door again, which is thought to have been opened with the agreement you mentioned."
