In the operation statement made by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that after obtaining evidence supporting the reasonable suspicion that the suspects, who are known to the public as artists, actors, businessmen and operators, used drugs and stimulants, facilitated the use of drugs or provided a place to use drugs, the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command was instructed to detain, search and biologically examine 25 suspects on July 16, and to have them present at the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office after their statements were taken.
On the other hand, during the operation carried out within the scope of the investigation, İlyas Yalçıntaş, Mehmet Fatih Aksoy, Ateş İnce, Şefik Ömer Dolman, Aybüke Aldere, Ayşe Nur Balcı, İrem Haznedar, Öner Faruk Işık were detained by the gendarmerie teams, while sensitive scales and materials thought to be used for drug use were seized during the search at İlyas Yalçıntaş's house. - ISTANBUL
