In the large-scale investigation carried out against the AHBAP Association and its founder Haluk Levent, details of the MASAK and Tax Audit Board (VDK) reports come to light. Millions of lira money traffic and suspicious real estate purchases are under the spotlight in the investigation file, where 42 people were detained upon the instructions of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation report meticulously prepared by the Tax Inspection Board (VDK) revealed the dizzying activity in the accounts connected to the association. According to the data included in the report, a transaction volume of billions of lira was detected in the accounts under scrutiny in the last three years.

Accordingly, in the accounts in question; It was claimed that there was a huge money traffic of approximately 5 billion lira in 2024, 10 billion lira in 2025 and more than 4 billion lira by the first period of 2026.

One of the most striking parts of the investigation was real estate purchases and sales. According to the allegations in the report, Y.K., who has no official position or registration within the AHBAP Association. It was determined that a person named was working as a real estate giant on behalf of Ahbap Logistics. It was determined that Y.K. signed a total of 100 different title deed purchase and sale transactions, 45 in 2025 and 55 in 2026.

In addition, it was determined that approximately 23 million liras were transferred to this person's account "to be sent to AHBAP" in 2024, and that there was a cash inflow of approximately 105 million liras into the account of M.S.K., who is stated to be Haluk Levent's manager.

According to TV100, one of the most important evidence that changed the course of the investigation was the suspicious EFT and money transfer statements in bank account movements. In the transfer statements analyzed in detail by MASAK, the following phrases pointing to personal debt relations, far beyond donations and humanitarian aid activities, attracted attention:

Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) turned all these complex money transfers, which are the subject of investigation, into a giant "Account Activity Scheme" and presented it to the judicial authorities in order to clarify the roles of the leaders and intermediary figures.
