AK Party Çorum Deputy Oğuzhan Kaya made inspections on the İskilip-Tosya highway.
Kaya received information about the İskilip-Tosya highway during his visit with İskilip Mayor İsmail Çizikci, Tosya Mayor Volkan Kavaklıgil, Samsun Highways Regional Manager Serdar Ateş, Kastamonu Highways Regional Manager Alparslan Eşlik, Provincial Special Administration General Secretary Recep Çıplak and AK Party İskilip District Chairman Mehmet Demirci.
Kaya told reporters that activities will be initiated for the construction of the 20-kilometer road, starting from İskilip.
Stating that the project is ready, Kaya said, "We have a 32-kilometer road within the Çorum-Kastamonu highway in the project. Considering the number of vehicles passing by and the traffic density, we are initiating activities to provide other solutions and financial construction of the road with new technological possibilities. Our aim is for those who use this road to reach İskilip safely. When the works are completed, we will start activities regarding the tender and allowance of the 20-kilometer road." he said.
