6 people were injured in the accident that occurred as a result of the collision between a midibus and a car in Manavgat district of Antalya. Another midibus driver, who saw the accident and rushed to the aid of the injured, forgot to pull the handbrake and the moving vehicle fell into the ditch.
The accident took place on Sorgun District Acısu Street. According to the information obtained, the midibus with plate 07 C 74516, driven by Hakan M., heading towards the bus terminal, collided with the car with plate number 51 TR 551, driven by Hüsnücan A., coming from Titreyengöl Street and entering the Acısu-Titreyengöl Junction. In the accident, the driver of the car, Hüsnücan A., and the passengers in the vehicles, Turgut Mert Y., Emre G., Erman Ö., Lamia A. and Nergiz Ş. was injured. Another midibus driver, who stopped his vehicle and rushed to the aid of the injured after seeing the accident, forgot to pull the handbrake in his haste. The midibus, which was moving without a driver, fell into the roadside ditch. Upon notice, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. After the first intervention of the medical teams at the scene, the injured were taken to hospitals in Manavgat by ambulances.
