The car, which caught fire while driving in the capital, was extinguished by firefighters.
According to the information received, S.D. was traveling on the Ankara-Niğde Highway in the direction of Ankara yesterday. The vehicle with plate number 34 HF 1923 caught fire in the trunk while driving, for an unknown reason.
Realizing the situation, the driver got out of the vehicle parked in the safety lane.
Upon notice, fire brigade and highway gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.
While the fire was extinguished with the intervention of fire brigades, the car became unusable.
