A program was organized in Boyabat district of Sinop on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.
The opening of the July 15 photography exhibition held in the Government House hall was made by District Governor Murat Yıldız and his entourage.
At the program in the Government Mansion Foyer Area, District Governor Yıldız chatted with the relatives of the martyrs, veterans and their families.
After the Democracy and National Unity March, which started in front of the July 15 Martyrs Cultural Center and ended in front of the Government House, District Mufti Recep Unutmaz read the Holy Quran, and District Governor Murat Yıldız made a speech stating the meaning and importance of the day.
The program, in which poems were read by the students, ended with the awards given to the athletes who ranked highest in the competitions.
Mayor Hasan Kara, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Furkan Atalay, District Police Chief Metin Keskin, District Gendarmerie Commander Lieutenant Doğu Kan Altın, relatives of martyrs and veterans and citizens attended the program.
