AK Party Gaziantep Deputy Bünyamin Bozgeyik, in his message on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day, stated that July 15 is a great epic of democracy written by the Turkish nation with their faith, courage and unshakable will.
In his message, Bünyamin Bozgeyik emphasized that FETO's treacherous coup attempt was eliminated thanks to the strong and determined leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the unique resistance of our beloved nation, and used the following expressions:
"On the night of July 15, our nation defended its independence and future; it stood tall only with its faith and love of homeland against tanks, weapons and centers of treason. That night, our dear nation turned the squares into a patriotic watch and shouted 'Türkiye is impassable!' By saying this, he gave an unforgettable democracy lesson not only to the coup plotters but also to the whole world."
Pointing out that July 15 was a historical turning point in which the spirit of national unity and solidarity was shown to the whole world, AK Party Gaziantep Deputy Bünyamin Bozgeyik said, "This blessed resistance has gone down in history as the strongest indicator that the will of our nation cannot be chained. We will not forget July 15, we will not let it be forgotten."
Deputy Bozgeyik completed his message with the following words:
"I remember with mercy, gratitude and prayers the 251 martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our country, our flag and our independence, and I express my gratitude to our heroic veterans.
