CHP Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Müslim Sarı said, "8 of our provincial presidents have been dismissed together with their administrations and disciplinary committees."

CHP Central Executive Board (MYK) convened at the party headquarters under the chairmanship of Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.

Sarı, who held a press conference regarding the MYK agenda, said that evaluations were made regarding the 10th anniversary of the July 15 coup attempt, the country's agenda, economy and foreign policy.

Sarı stated that the issues related to the party were evaluated in the Central Executive Board and reminded that the process, which had been discussed for about 2 years, ended with the "absolute nullity" case on May 21.

Arguing that this process was extremely poorly managed from the beginning, Sarı said:

"Now, I want to ask, who are the bullies? Are we, the ones who came to the CHP administration with the decision of absolute nullity and who are obliged to get the party out of this situation, the bullies? Or are the friends who caused this with their work and actions, ignored it, and mismanaged the process, are the bullies? Clearly, our friends who caused this trouble to the party are the bullies, we are not the bullies. We are the people who came as a necessity of this legal process and took the duty to get the party out of this situation it is in."

Müslim Sarı stated that they are not "trustees" and continued as follows:

"Friends went and petitioned for the appointment of a trustee to the party. They said that a trustee should come to CHP. They said this at the parliamentary platform. Who are the trustee friends? Is it us? Are we the ones who are trying to get the party out of a situation that we did not cause and who have taken on the responsibility of necessity? Or are you the trustees who, although you caused the trustee, ran away together when we said let's talk about the political consequences of this, and then went and petitioned the court to appoint a trustee?"

"This is not enough, these friends are divisive. This attitude has created a dualism in the party," said Sarı and continued his words as follows:

"There is a parallel structure in the party. The appointed Chairman is the elected Chairman, the appointed Central Executive Board is the elected Central Executive Board, the appointed Party Assembly, the elected Party Assembly, the appointed spokesperson is the parallel spokesperson. Destructions in provincial buildings and district buildings, the duality of the provincial chairman appointed to the elected provincial chairman. What happened, friends, after all? The party is separating. These friends of ours are separating the party with these actions and behaviors. Because these friends of ours have a different political journey in their minds. We see the clues of this. Logo statements are being made. CHP's Manisa Deputy declares that he was preparing the logo of another political party while he was in the CHP. Such a situation cannot be possible in any political party anywhere in the world. A two-headed, parallel structure is not possible, not only in a political party, but in any institution in the world.

"If you have so much public support behind you, if you receive less than 90 percent of the votes in a congress with members, you will consider yourself defeated. Here you go, friends, our congresses are starting. Come and join the congresses with the public support behind you, let's fight politically. Staying in the same party, side by side, shoulder to shoulder. Our political views may be different, our perspectives may be different. Come and stay within the CHP. Let's have a political struggle within the CHP and continue from there. Stepping out of the CHP means dividing the party." "It only serves the AKP. I don't want to believe that my friends will take on this political responsibility in such a period, in such a political conjuncture, but if they do this, they will clearly divide the party."

8 provincial heads were dismissed, 7 provinces were appointed

Explaining that regulations regarding the organization were made in MYK, Sarı said:

"Our 8 provincial presidents have been dismissed along with their administrations and disciplinary boards. These provinces, including the central district of Edirne, the central district of Isparta, the central district of Kastamonu, Konya, including the central district of Tokat, the central district of Zonguldak, the central district of Yalova and the central district of Rize, we have parted ways with these friends in 8 provinces."

Müslim Sarı pointed out that they made appointments in 7 provinces and said, "We have appointed Kenan Akın to Düzce, Özlem Becan to Edirne, Nazım Demir to Hakkari, Ahmet Tunçbilek to Isparta, Refik Serttaş to Konya, Mehmet Pank to Samsun and Mesut Tutuğ to Yalova. We have dismissed our two provincial presidents within the framework I explained, in the light of those evaluations." "We have made a decision to export to the High Disciplinary Board with the request of final removal, for our Konya Provincial Chairman Nejat Türktaş and our Tokat Provincial Chairman Çağdaş Kurtgöz." gave the information.

On the question of how the expenses of CHP Chairman Kılıçdaroğlu's office were covered, Sarı stated that all the expenses of the office were not covered by any single person, but that they were covered through collective action, and that businessmen, Kılıçdaroğlu's former bureaucrat friends, and old and new MPs also contributed to this.

Sarı pointed out that all other discussions are bad and malicious discussions and made the following evaluation:

"As long as these discussions continue, a criminal complaint will be filed regarding the allegations that do not reflect the truth, especially in the context of our friends mentioned. Our friend Nafer Çapar is a friend of ours who was in charge of organizing rallies in the CHP in the past, and according to the information given to me, this friend of ours took part in the organization of nearly 100 rallies, was responsible for them, and 145 million liras were paid to this friend for them. 145 million liras for nearly 100 rallies is extremely below the average. "It is an expense, these are official figures. While our friend was doing these works at the time of organizing these rallies, Mr. Özgür Karabat was also involved in this organization. Therefore, looking for something else behind these things, my friends, is a malicious approach. Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu's life is also obvious, it is an extremely modest office."
