Denizli Exporters Association (DENİB) President Osman Uğurlu stated that they welcomed the 1 trillion TL financing package for the manufacturing industry announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and said that loans with favorable conditions will make a significant contribution to the sustainability of production, exports and employment.
Denizli Exporters Association (DENİB) President Osman Uğurlu evaluated the new financing package for the manufacturing industry announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Uğurlu emphasized that access to finance is of critical importance in terms of supporting investment, production and exports, and stated that the announced financial support of 1 trillion TL with favorable conditions is an important step for industrialists and exporters.
Reminding that within the scope of the package announced by President Erdoğan, the budget of the Investment Committed Advance Loan Program was increased to 750 billion TL, President Uğurlu stated that a new loan package with favorable conditions for the manufacturing industry in the amount of 250 billion TL was put into effect. He noted that thus, a total of 1 trillion TL financial support will be provided to the manufacturing industry within the scope of two programs.
Stating that the loans to be provided within the scope of the program will have a 6-month grace period and a maturity of up to 36 months, Uğurlu stated that the fact that 12 points of the financing cost will be covered by the public will provide a significant advantage for businesses.
Pointing out that exporters operating in global markets struggle with high costs and intense competition, Uğurlu said that increasing affordable and accessible financing opportunities will accelerate companies' investments and contribute to maintaining their production and export capacities.
Emphasizing that Denizli has a strong production structure in labor-intensive sectors, Uğurlu stated that they found the expansion of financing opportunities especially for working capital extremely valuable.
