The "Two Cities, One River" program, prepared in cooperation with Dicle University (DU) and Baghdad University, has been completed.
In the statement made by the university, it was stated that the 10-day "Two Cities, One River" program, which was prepared to strengthen the academic cooperation between Dicle University (DU) and Baghdad University, was completed with academic and cultural events.
The statement noted that the program, which highlights Turkish language teaching, cultural interaction and joint academic activities, took the cooperation between the two universities to a new level and included the following:
"12 students and 3 academics from Baghdad University participated in the program held in Diyarbakır between 3-13 July. During the program, the participants both took part in academic activities and had the opportunity to get to know the historical and cultural heritage of Diyarbakır closely. The program, carried out under the coordination of Dicle University Foreign Relations Office and Language Teaching Application and Research Center, consisted of seminars, workshop activities and cultural trips. Iraqi academics and students participated in teaching Turkish as a foreign language, classical and modern Turkish poetry, multimedia "He attended academic sessions on different topics such as supported language education and language, humor and culture relations."
In the statement, it was stated that the participants received practical training in the traditional Ottoman Calligraphy Workshop, in addition to academic activities.
Dean of Baghdad University Faculty of Languages, Prof., whose views were included in the statement. Dr. Ali Adnan Mashosh Lam stated his satisfaction with the hosting and hospitality of Dicle University and expressed his belief that the academic relations between the two universities will be further strengthened in the coming period with mutual visits and joint scientific activities.
It was stated that participants were given certificates within the scope of the program.
