Nearly 15 decares of forest area was damaged in the fire in Hazro district of Diyarbakır.
According to the information obtained, flames broke out in the forest area in the Dadaş District of the district for an unknown reason. Upon notice, the Forest Management Directorate, fire brigade and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region. Nearly 15 decares of forest area was damaged in the fire, which was brought under control and extinguished by the intervention of the teams.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire. - DIYARBAKIR
