A dinner program was organized in Diyarbakır in honor of the families of martyrs and veterans on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.
The program, held in the Orduevi garden in the central Yenişehir district, started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Governor Murat Zorluoğlu said that he was happy to be together with the families of martyrs and veterans on the 10th anniversary of the treacherous coup attempt of July 15. Stating that on the night of July 15, all members of the nation put aside their differences and united around the same ideal, disrupted their game and showed the whole world that there can be no power over the national will, Zorluoğlu noted that July 15 is the name of the glorious resistance and holy struggle given by 86 million people together.
Zorluoğlu stated that in the past 10 years, unity and solidarity, and the determination to cooperate and cooperate, have once again shown that they are the greatest strength as a nation, and said, "This existing 'Terrorism-Free Turkey' process, which our President and government has implemented, will strengthen our existing law of brotherhood, strengthen the internal peace and tranquility in our country, and pave the way for us to transfer our resources, especially our human resources, to development, growth and the welfare of our nation."
"Who benefited from the terrorist acts that continued for more than 40 years? Who gained the most? This question needs to be asked," said Zorluoğlu, adding:

It is now time to remove this global game, this dirty plot against our country and the seeds of discord that are tried to be planted among us. Today, our duty is to keep the spirit of July 15 alive, to protect the trust of our martyrs, to always remember with gratitude the sacrifices of our veterans and to ensure the peace of our country."
