Martyrs' graves were visited in DIYARBAKIR as part of the '15 July Democracy and National Unity Day' activities.
The events organized within the scope of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day started with a visit to the Air Martyrs' Cemetery in Yenişehir district. Governor Murat Zorluoğlu, Provincial Police Chief Nurettin Gökduman, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Major General Tarık Hekimoğlu, Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor Erdal Kuruçay, Dicle University Rector Prof. Dr. Kamuran Eronat, representatives of public institutions and organizations, and families of martyrs and veterans attended.
After the recitation of the Holy Quran at the Martyrs' Memorial, Provincial Mufti Celal Büyük prayed. Later, Governor Murat Zorluoğlu and his entourage left carnations on the graves of the martyrs.
