(DIYARBAKIR) - On the 10th anniversary of the July 15 coup attempt, the graves of the martyrs were visited and carnations were left at the Air Martyrs' Cemetery in Diyarbakır.
Various programs were organized by Diyarbakır Governorship on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. Within the scope of the commemoration program, the graves of the martyrs at the Air Martyrs' Cemetery in Yenişehir district were visited.
Diyarbakır Governor Murat Zorluoğlu, Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor Erdal Kuruçay, AK Party Diyarbakır Deputy Galip Ensarioğlu, 7th Corps Commander Major General Ertan İnaltekin, 8th Main Jet Base Commander Brigadier General Burak Özan, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Major General Tarık Hekimoğlu, Provincial Police Chief Nurettin Gökduman, various civilians participated in the program held at the Air Martyrdom in Yenişehir district. Representatives of community organizations and many citizens attended.
After the prayer made by the provincial mufti, carnations were left on the graves of the martyrs.
