The cover fire that broke out in Kulp district of DIYARBAKIR was extinguished with the activities of the teams. The area where approximately 50 decares of land was damaged was viewed with a drone.
The fire broke out in the evening in the rural İnkaya District of Kulp district for an unknown reason. The flames quickly spread under the influence of the wind and spread to a wide area. Upon notice, Kulp Municipality Search and Rescue teams, Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department teams and Forest Management Directorate teams were dispatched to the region. With the coordinated action of the teams, the flames were taken under control and extinguished. Following the fire, which damaged an area of approximately 50 decares, cooling activities were completed in the region. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
