A man working in an iron and steel factory in Karabük and his wife adopted a baby goat with a congenital walking disability that they encountered at the pet shop and made it a member of their home.
Sinan Aytel, who worked as an iron and steel worker in a rolling mill operating in Karabük Organized Industrial Zone, went to the pet shop with his wife to buy food for their cats and dogs at home, and headed to the back section when they heard the sound of bleating. Here, the couple saw a black baby goat that could not use its front legs from birth and could only stand on its hind legs. They were impressed by the animal's condition and adopted it. The couple took the baby goat, which they named "Nazlı", to their home and care for the little animal like a baby. Nazlı, who was diapered and bottle-fed at home, quickly became an indispensable part of the family.
Stating that they came across a baby goat after hearing a bleating sound while buying food for their cats at the pet store, Aytel said, "We learned that it was adopted. Despite that, we adopted it and bought it. It will stay with us for life."
Stating that the guests who came to the house showed great interest in Nazlı, Aytel said, "Some people cannot understand that she is a goat at first glance. Some people thought she was a kangaroo or a donkey because of her movements. But everyone who sees her loves her very much."
Stating that Nazlı is now a member of their family, Aytel said, "She is now like a child of ours. She will live with us for the rest of our lives." - KARABUK
