Erzincan Governor Hamza Aydoğdu visited Edebük Martyrdom within the scope of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day and commemorated the martyrs with prayers at their graves.
3rd Army Chief of Staff and Garrison Commander Major General Murat Ataç, Tercan District Governor Neslihan Kısa Duman, families of the martyrs, representatives of political parties and non-governmental organizations and the provincial and district protocol attended the visit.
Within the scope of the program, the graves of the martyrs were visited, carnations were left and prayers were read.
Governor Hamza Aydoğdu and the accompanying protocol members commemorated the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence of the homeland and the independence of the nation with mercy and gratitude. In the program, feelings of gratitude were also expressed to the heroic veterans.
The commemoration program at Edebük Martyrdom ended after the prayers. - ERZİNCAN
