Investigations against 54 thousand 27 of these people and trials against 29 thousand 809 of them continue before the first instance courts. Decisions were made about 636 thousand 744 people in investigations and trials. 127 thousand 102 people were convicted, 124 thousand 861 people were acquitted, 11 thousand 107 people were postponed, the verdict was declared not to prosecute 373 thousand 642 people, and 32 people were given other types of decisions.

Judicial control orders were issued for 193 thousand 82 of the suspects and defendants, and arrest warrants were issued for 33 thousand 837 of them. While the verdicts given for 119 thousand 407 defendants were finalized, these decisions; 34 thousand 408 were convictions and 84 thousand 999 were acquittals.

A total of 10 thousand 484 people are in penal institutions, of which 482 are detained, 368 are under sentence, and 9 thousand 634 are convicts. Of the 10 thousand 484 people in penal institutions, 1242 are women and 9 thousand 242 are men. A total of 1,366 people, including 24 generals, 536 officers, 181 petty officers, 170 specialist sergeants, 9 police officers, 92 privates, 352 cadets and 2 civilians, were sentenced to life imprisonment. A total of 1891 people, including 26 generals, 776 officers, 323 petty officers, 427 specialist sergeants, 156 police officers, 45 privates, 106 cadets, 31 civilians and 1 civil servant, were sentenced to limited time imprisonment.
