While new situations were experienced in the investigation carried out against the Buddy Association within the scope of the accusations of "opposition to the Law on Associations", "laundering of assets resulting from crime" and "membership of an organisation", remarkable evaluations came from journalist Barış Pehlivan.

While the police procedures of Haluk Levent, who was detained within the scope of the investigation, were continuing, Pehlivan, who came to the fore with his statements regarding the file, said that he was reviewing the investigation documents.

Barış Pehlivan made the following statements in his evaluation of the Haluk Levent file: "I wish I could say he is not guilty, but I cannot. Because there are sickening facts in the file."

Pehlivan argued that the information and documents in the file contained serious allegations and claimed that the scope of the investigation was wider than reflected to the public.

Pehlivan continued his statement: "I also see that Haluk Levent is not alone in this." he said. These words came at a time when the Dude Association investigation was expanding with new operations.

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a simultaneous operation was carried out against 14 suspects, including Haluk Levent's brother Berkant Emergency, and 4 companies in Istanbul, Izmir, Kocaeli and Muğla.

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office claimed that 125 million 765 thousand liras from the donations made to the Friends Association were transferred to the account of Haluk Levent's assistant Y.K., and from there to the accounts of people and companies affiliated with Berkant Emergency.

The investigation file also included allegations that Berkant Emergency committed irregularities in the festival organization organized by Şile Municipality and that the organization's expenses were shown to be high with fake invoices.

On the other hand, images of Haluk Levent getting into a vehicle from a rest facility in Bursa before he was taken into custody were also reflected in the public.

While the procedures of the suspects detained within the scope of the investigation continue at the police station, investigations into the file continue in many aspects.
