H.İ.Ö., who allegedly attempted to abduct a baby by wearing a nurse's uniform at the Training and Research Hospital in ŞANLIURFA, was referred to the courthouse after procedures at the police station.
The incident occurred late last night in the neonatal ward of Şanlıurfa Training and Research Hospital. A woman identified as H.İ.Ö. entered the hospital wearing a nurse's uniform. H.İ.Ö., who arrived at the neonatal ward, attempted to remove a baby from the ward by picking it up. Upon the intervention of the duty nurses who noticed the situation, the woman panicked, dropped the baby she was holding, and fled the hospital. Following the incident, a brief chase ensued by hospital staff, but the suspect disappeared. Numerous police teams were dispatched to the hospital upon notification.
Teams examining security cameras identified the suspect and launched an operation for her apprehension. As a result of operations carried out by the Eyyübiye District Police Department's Investigation Bureau teams, suspect H.İ.Ö. was taken into custody. H.İ.Ö. was referred to the courthouse after procedures at the police station.
