The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps announced that they launched attacks on US targets in the Gulf countries in retaliation for US attacks on the Iranian coast.
The Revolutionary Guard Army issued a statement about the attacks on US bases in the region. In the statement, it was stated that some warehouses containing aircraft parts and weapons at the Sheikh Issa Base in Bahrain and the MQ9 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) launchers at the Ali Al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait were targeted with the UAV.
Stating that the attacks in question were carried out in retaliation for the US attacks on the Iranian coast, the Revolutionary Guard Army threatened that oil and natural gas exports from the region would not be allowed as long as the US attacks continue.
On the other hand, UAVs launched by Iran were seen in the skies of Bahrain. Images from the region showed moments when Bahrain's Patriot air defense systems attempted to interfere with UAVs.
