In the simultaneous operation carried out in 6 provinces centered in Istanbul, 34 suspects who committed the crimes of "qualified fraud", "tender rigging" and "abuse of guard duty" were detained.
An investigation was launched by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crimes of "qualified fraud", "tender rigging" and "abuse of guard duty" upon the allegation that vehicles kept in trustee car parks due to seizure or seizure warrants were destroyed.
Within the scope of the investigation, it was understood from the technical and physical follow-ups and the evidence obtained from various institutions that the suspects destroyed the vehicles in question in the trustee car parks and reassembled the old parts of these vehicles they purchased from the tender.
It was determined that the suspects sold parts of some vehicles to final buyers who purchased them from enforcement, and sold some of them as spare parts.
In this context, 34 suspects were detained in the simultaneous operation held in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Kocaeli, Şanlıurfa and Tekirdağ.
