The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Alanya Fire Department team set out yesterday to respond to an accident in Değirmendere Mahallesi following a report. When the fire truck arrived at Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu Bulvarı, it had difficulty proceeding because the unidentified driver of the car with license plate 34 ZP 6976 failed to yield. The driver, who ignored the warnings made by the fire team with sirens, continued to drive in the left lane of the road with their car. Fire personnel in the vehicle recorded the moments when the car driver failed to yield to them with a mobile phone. After the footage spread on social media, the District Police Department teams took action. The identified driver was issued an administrative fine of 46 thousand lira, and their driver's license was confiscated for 30 days. The car was banned from traffic for 30 days.
