The incident took place on June 23 in Akçakoyunlu District of Andırın district. According to the information obtained, Ali Beyazıt was seriously injured when he was hit by lightning while irrigating his field.
Beyazıt, who received first aid by the medical teams dispatched to the scene upon notice, was taken to Andırın State Hospital by ambulance. Due to his serious condition, Beyazıt was later transferred to Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Faculty of Medicine Hospital and was treated in the intensive care unit.
Ali Beyazıt, who was treated in intensive care for about 10 days, lost his fight for life despite all the interventions of the doctors.
