The 2.7-ton trailer loaded with cylinders broke away from the truck and crashed into the driving school vehicle; 2 injured
In ESKİŞEHİR, a 2.7-ton trailer loaded with cylinders was separated from the truck it was attached to on the slope. The drifting trailer hit the driving school training vehicle. The candidate driver and the instructor were injured in the accident.
The accident occurred in Vadişehir District of Odunpazarı district. The trailer loaded with cylinders attached to the back of the truck with plate number 26 BR 840 belonging to Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, driven by Kazım Ö. (43), was separated from the vehicle on the slope. The trailer, which was moving downwards, hit the driving school training vehicle coming behind it and overturned. Candidate driver Mehmet Y. (18) and instructor Mustafa K. (74) were injured in the accident. Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene after the notice of the surrounding people. The injured were taken to Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine Hospital after the first intervention of the medical teams at the scene. It was stated that the injured people were in good condition.
While the overturned trailer and the cylinder were removed from the scene by crane, an investigation was launched into the accident.
