The baby dolphin washed ashore in Kastamonu's Abana district was rescued with the intervention of citizens.
Recep and his wife Şeyda Atacan noticed the baby dolphin in the shallow water at Harmason location and guided the dolphin into the sea with the help of a stick.
After a while, the dolphin started swimming and disappeared into deep water.
Recep Atacan said that they saw the dolphin when they went to the shore to watch the sea.
Atacan said, "My wife and I went to help save the dolphin. I tried to make the fish swim by pushing it towards the sea with a stick. After a while, it started swimming and moved away towards the open waters. We are very happy to bring the baby fish back to life." he said.
