The person, who left home in Mersin's Erdemli district and did not return from the forest he went to, was found exhausted on the second day as a result of the rescue teams' activities and was taken to the hospital.
The incident took place within the borders of Toros District, at an altitude of 2 thousand meters, in Erdemli district. Allegedly, Hüseyin Çalışır, who left home last night, went to the forest area and never returned. Fearing for Çalışır's life, his family reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Command Center. He sent gendarmerie, health, acute and AFAD teams to the central region. A search operation was launched in the region under the coordination of AFAD teams. The search activities, which continued since last night, were concluded on the second day. The teams noticed that Çalışır was making a sound by hitting the stick in his hand and found the person exhausted in Gelineli location. First aid was given to Çalışır, who was unconscious when they found him, at the scene, he was tied to a stretcher and carried to the AFAD vehicle. Çalışır was taken to the vehicle and transported by ambulance.
Çalışır, who received the necessary interventions in the ambulance, was then transferred to the district state hospital and received treatment. - MERSIN
