A car that went out of control in Karesi district of BALIKESİR was thrown into the field and caught fire. As the flames spread to the grassy area, 4 people in the car were injured.
The accident occurred at noon in the Yeniköy location of the Karesi district of the Izmir-Istanbul Highway. The car with plate number 10 ATU 760, the driver of which could not be identified, went out of control and was thrown into the roadside area and caught fire. The flames that surrounded the car in a short time spread to the grassy area on the side of the road with the influence of the wind. Upon the notice of the surrounding people, Balıkesir Fire Brigade Karesi Group Chief, General Directorate of Forestry and 112 Emergency Health teams were dispatched to the scene of the traffic incident. The fire was extinguished in a short time with the intervention of the teams. 4 people injured in the accident were taken to hospital and treated after their first aid.
