Mother Fadime Ana Erten (60) and her children Orhan (38) and Boran Erten (33), who lost their lives in the accident in NEVŞEHİR where the car in which the expatriate family was traveling hit the median and rolled over, were buried in Yahyalı district of Kayseri.

The accident occurred yesterday around 05:00 near the town of Türkeli on the Kırşehir-Kayseri road. The car with foreign license plate K-OD 38, driven by Ahmet Erten, crashed into the median and rolled over as a result of its driver losing control of the steering wheel. While Orhan Erten (38), Fadime Ana Erten (60) and Boran Erten (33), who were in the car in the accident, lost their lives, the driver Ahmet Erten (64) was injured. Upon the notice of the people around, the police, gendarmerie, fire brigade and medical team were dispatched to the scene of the traffic incident. The injured driver was taken to Nevşehir State Hospital after the intervention of medical teams. The bodies were put in the hospital morgue. It was learned that the family, who set out from Cologne, Germany, went to their hometown Kayseri.

The bodies of Fadime Ana, Boran and Orhan Erten were brought to their hometown, Kocahacılı District of Kayseri's Yahyalı district, after the autopsy procedures were completed. A funeral prayer was performed here for the Erten family. Mother Fadime and her children Boran and Orhan were buried in the neighborhood cemetery after the prayer. It was learned that the father Ahmet Erten, who was injured in the accident, was in good health.

On the other hand, it was learned that Boran Erten's wife could not travel by car because she was 6 months pregnant, that she would come to Kayseri by plane, and that her 3-year-old daughter said to her father, "Dad, you go by car, we will come by plane, you wait for us at the airport."
