Kumluca Commodity Exchange (KUTBO) Chairman Fatih Durdaş announced that at the real sector-finance sector dialogue and strengthening meeting organized by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in Ankara, they conveyed Kumluca's agricultural production capacity, expectations for greenhouse investments, and producers' demands for access to finance to the general managers of banks.

In his statement, Durdaş noted that the general managers of Ziraat Bankası, Halkbank, and VakıfBank, along with representatives of chambers and commodity exchanges from across Turkey, attended the meeting.

Durdaş stated that during the discussions, the needs of producers, traders, and businesses operating in West Antalya, especially Kumluca, regarding access to finance, as well as the region's investment potential, were evaluated. He noted that in their meeting with Ziraat Bankası General Manager Alpaslan Çakar, they drew attention to Kumluca's strong position in fresh vegetable and greenhouse production, and conveyed that producers need suitable financing opportunities to increase their modern and project-based greenhouse investments.

Durdaş also stated that at the meeting, they presented the access to finance dossier prepared by the Kumluca Commodity Exchange to the general managers of the banks.
