20 sheep died as a result of wolves attacking the herd in Malazgirt district of Muş.
According to the information obtained, the incident took place at night in Hasanpaşa village of Malazgirt district. The herd of small cattle belonging to Musa Arda, who makes his living by farming, was attacked by hungry wolves while it was in the pasture. The wolves suddenly attacked the herd, causing great panic among the animals in a short time.
In the investigation carried out after the attack, it was determined that 20 sheep belonging to Musa Arda perished. Musa Arda, the herd owner, who was deeply saddened after the incident, stated that the loss of his animals, which were his only source of income, deeply affected him both economically and spiritually.
Other citizens engaged in animal husbandry in the region expressed their concerns, stating that there has been a visible increase in wolf attacks recently. - MUS
