It was announced that the metrobus will use the Fatih Sultan Mehmet (FSM) Bridge route due to the event to be held on the 15 July Martyrs Bridge in Istanbul tomorrow.
In the announcement made by Istanbul Electric Tramway and Tunnel Enterprises (IETT), it was stated that, in line with the decision of the Governorship of Istanbul, a temporary route arrangement will be applied to metrobus services, starting from 03.00 on Wednesday, July 15, due to the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day Commemoration Run, until further notice.
In the announcement stating that Metrobus services will be carried out between Zincirlikuyu and Söğütlüçeşme stations via the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge route, the following statements were made:
"During this period, 15 July Martyrs Bridge, Burhaniye, Altunizade, Acıbadem, Uzunçayır and Fikirtepe stations will be closed to passenger boarding and disembarkation. While passing from the Anatolian Side to the European Side, our passengers getting on from Söğütlüçeşme Metrobus Station will reach Zincirlikuyu Metrobus Station with metrobuses using the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge route, and they will be able to continue their journey from there. From the European Side "When passing to the Anatolian Side, our passengers who will pass to the Anatolian Side must transfer at Zincirlikuyu Metrobus Station."
