Teams continue to intervene in the forest fires in Kavaklıdere, Milas and Ortaca districts of Muğla.
While efforts to extinguish the fire, which broke out around 16:00 in the forest area in Kurucova District of Kavaklıdere district, continued, flames were reported from Milas and Ortaca districts around 17:00.
It was reported that the fire, which broke out in the forest area in Kazıklı-Bozbük location of Gürçamlar District of Milas district, spread due to the effect of the wind.
Muğla Regional Directorate of Forestry announced that the fire in Milas was intervened with 8 planes, 10 helicopters, 45 water trucks, 2 work machines and 293 personnel.
At the same time, flames broke out in the forest area in Gölbaşı location of Ortaca district.
Under the coordination of Muğla Regional Directorate of Forestry, teams continue to intervene by air and land to control the fires at three different points.
