"Educational Institutions Manager Training Programme" has started for educators who will be appointed as managers for the first time in educational institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Sakarya.
According to the statement made by the Provincial Directorate of National Education, the opening of the program organized within the scope of Article 21 of the "Teaching Profession Law No. 7528" was held at Vali Mustafa Büyük Anatolian Imam Hatip High School for Girls.
The program, carried out by the Provincial Directorate of National Education under the coordination of the National Education Academy, is implemented to support the professional development of educational institution administrators and strengthen their leadership and management skills.
In the first phase of the program, training was given to managers who were on duty and completed 4 to 8 academic years, as well as managers with excess staff. In the second stage, educators who will be appointed as managers for the first time participate in the program.
159 trainees who will be appointed as managers for the first time will participate in the training program to be held in the city between 16-23 July.
During the program, participants will receive comprehensive training on many topics related to educational management, leadership, effective communication, education legislation, strategic planning, crisis management, human resources management and effective management of educational institutions.
Speaking at the opening program, Provincial Director of National Education Coşkun Bakırtaş stated that a strong leadership approach and qualified management play a decisive role in the success of educational institutions and wished success to all trainees participating in the program.
