In the city where the air temperature is 40 degrees, the masters working in the ovens work long hours in the heat reaching 250 degrees. Stating that their work has become more difficult as the temperature increases, the masters stated that they are looking forward to the evening and the weather will cool down.

Stating that the high temperature makes their work difficult, baker master Mustafa Utma said, "The weather is very hot. It is more difficult to work at the counter here, but we have nothing to do, so we endure it because we have money to earn a living. Of course, this heat will end one day. It has been this hot before, but now it is very oppressive. It is hot outside, and it is even hotter inside. We are waiting for the evening to come as soon as possible. Sivas weather conditions are like this. The weather cools down in the evenings. That's why we want it to come quickly. We cool down in the evenings, but "It gets very hot during daytime work, we wear t-shirts in the morning in Sivas, but we also wear coats in the evenings," he said.
Baker master İlhami Şahin stated that they work at the stove and go outside to cool off in the weather that people escape from, and said, "The countertop is hotter, the temperature of the stove we work in is very high. Sivas is very hot during the day and cool in the evenings. We try to keep up with the hot weather. The weather in Sivas is different.
