The incident took place in Kervan location in Düzce. According to the information received, a car traveling from the Kervan junction towards the bus terminal encountered a vehicle coming from the opposite lane and within its lane. In the images reflected on the in-car camera, the driver driving in his lane asks: "What is this?" While he was surprised, another person who was a passenger in the vehicle reacted, "It was going the wrong way. We were going to have an accident."
