July 15 events were celebrated with enthusiasm in Van - Last Minute

Various programs were organized within the framework of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day events in Van.

On the 10th anniversary of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization's attempt to seize the national will, martyrs' graves were visited for the first time in Van, as in 81 provinces of Türkiye. After the dinner given in honor of the families of martyrs and veterans, a Mawlid program was held at Yukarı Norşin Mosque. Following the program in which prayers were made for the martyrs, a torchlight march was organized under the leadership of the Van Youth and Sports Provincial Directorate. Thousands of people gathered at Yeni Polis Junction and came to Beşyol Square by walking via İskele Street.

Here, the program will end with a moment of silence and the reading of the National Anthem, the recitation of the Holy Quran and prayers, the listening of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's speech, protocol speeches and various activities, and the reading of sela in all mosques.
